In the beginning, we will work together on a case study basis.
A 2-hour mentoring session is designed to teach assessment skills, problem solving, looking at the whole picture and creating a plan to bring the body into alignment and resolve pain cycles.
Included are follow up emails to follow progress and suggest recommendations.
Each individual is a class in itself.
